MIDLANDS REGIONAL REHABILITATION HOSPITAL TO HOST GRAND OPENING ON JULY 21ST

Kershaw County, SC – Midlands Regional Rehabilitation Hospital will host a grand opening Wednesday, July 21st from 9am until 11am at their new healthcare facility located within The Wateree Executive Park. In 2019, the company announced a $17.56 million investment and the creation of 144 jobs with an average wage of $25.61 per hour.

 

“As our guiding principles state, we promote a healing and nurturing environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect,” stated Midlands Regional Rehabilitation Hospital CEO Rebecca Cartright. “We are first and foremost passionate patient caregivers and team members, connected at the core by the treatment needs of our patients.”

 

The 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital provides a wide range specialty care and therapy services to Kershaw County and surrounding communities including:

Rehabilitation Nursing Care
Respiratory Care to Treat, Manage, Control, and provide Diagnostic Evaluation of the Cardiopulmonary System
Speech, Memory, Cognitive Therapy, and Dysphagia
Physical Therapy to help with Balance and Mobility
Occupational Therapy to help perform daily activities, including Guided Community Outings and Home Evaluations
Aquatic Therapy Water-Based Treatments
Wound Care to help in the Healing, Prevention, and Management of Wounds
Prosthetic Consults, Fittings, and Equipment Assistance
Pain Management

 

Midlands Regional Rehabilitation Hospital also treats individuals with:
