The project involves construction of a 50,000-square-foot speculative industrial building utilizing the design-build delivery method. The building will be constructed on a 22-acre tract known as Heritage Pointe II within The Heritage Pointe Industrial Park. The building will consist of structural steel frame, pre-cast concrete walls, and a membrane roof system. The building's design includes 32-foot clear heights ceilings, a full-length loading dock foundation wall, and the structure is expandable to 200,000 square feet.
