Industrial Association
Once and industry lands in Kershaw County, they are invited to join the Industrial Association. The Kershaw County Economic Development office will work closely with the industries to keep them updated with information that affects them.
Every month the industries are invited to a lunch meeting that is held at the KCED office. This gives all the industries a chance to talk to one another and get insight from their peers. They can also ask for personal help from our office. We will use the resources that we have to provide a solution to any problem.
Annually, a Wage and Benefit survey is sent out to each industry to fill out. The results are given codenames so that the industries can see what others are offering to employees. Every December, an appreciation luncheon is held with no agenda. It is a time for our office to show our appreciation to our county's industries.
